The Brazilian Attorney General's Office, in collaboration with OpenAI, aims to introduce Artificial Intelligence into the judicial field. The goal is to minimize costs and economic losses thanks to the analysis carried out by Artificial Intelligence.
Specifically, the technology will be used through Microsoft Azure and will focus on those legal disputes in which the Brazilian State is ordered to pay compensation at a very high cost.
The use of Artificial Intelligence will be supervised at all times by officials without this implying its replacement.
As can be seen, the use of Artificial Intelligence in the legal field is already a reality, so lawyers and advisors must be prepared to face this new reality.
