It all started in 2022 when they decided to automate the pre-accounting of SMEs. It is a SaaS collaboration and productivity platform for SMEs, consultancies and offices that allows all company and client invoices to be received directly in the accounting software.
This is possible because Vuala connects to all the company's emails and to more than 7,000 online portals such as Movistar or Endesa. From there, it extracts all the invoices on a daily basis and uploads them to the accounting program. This way, there is no need to chase invoices and the accounting can be kept up to date.
